We are immensely happy to reach you through this correspondence to share the details of our unique initiative “Be an Entrepreneur” – RYLA Training Program. This program is rolled out in order to seed the interest to become an entrepreneur amongst the youth. We are happy to share that, 42nd Edition, 1st Edition at Trichy, 1st Edition of 30-50 and 1st Edition at Jaffna, of the program has been successfully completed and 1298,29,21,31 participants are trained respectively through each editions - Making a total of 1206 Trained Participants in RYLA - Be an Entrepreneur, out of which 232 participants have reported that they have started their venture and pursuing it. RYLA - “Be an Entrepreneur” program is conducted on the third weekend of every month with a batch strength of 32 only for the “to be entrepreneurs”. It has been designed as an intensive and focused training program conducted for 3500+ minutes, and thus has restricted number of seats per batch. 

 

The program covers end-to-end journey of an Entrepreneur. The participants get benefitted right from identifying their best fit business, business processes, investment opportunities, Business Styles, Marketing & Selling, Schemes & Systems, supplemented with necessary skills to sustain as an Entrepreneur. Each episode will have a POWER TALK session by a top industrialist / businessman, who share their experiences, best practices and knowledge with the participants.

FLY TO SINGAPORE

As a part of that program, we select 02 outstanding participants from each batch and sponsor them for a Five Days – Four Nights visit to Singapore (Airport-to-Airport Free), to learn different business processes.The “Fly to Singapore” visit is organized with Ten Members in each group (Five RYLA Batch Winners) accompanied by TWO Facilitator Coordinators. They will be visiting different industries, innovation spots, business houses and universities, based on the permits and availabilities. It is a Level II Training with hands-on exploration conducted at Singapore. So far, we have successfully completed 05 BATCHES at Singapore.

 

INVESTMENTORING

And as another hand-holding routing, we have INVESTmentoring initiative, in association with Three Global Seed and Angel Investors groups, who support our emerging entrepreneurial aspirants with a business plan with necessary investments.

 

STARTER STARS

We keep track of our participants as a part of our hand holding process and award them once they start their venture. This pool of Starters and encouraged to excel their networking and marketing. We have created a system to support them creating a visibility for their brand and enterprise. The first set of awards were distributed during the silver jubilee event and the subsequent sets will be distributed during every milestone batch.

 

CREA

We also have the CENT RYLA Emendation Assembly (CREA), the free of cost supplementary online program for the RYLArians who have attended the program – which is a Sixty Minute sharing session by the industrial experts. It adds dimensions to the RYLA program. And thus, the participants are continuously groomed with our hand holding mechanism. As an extended hand holding to our participants who start their business, we have INVESTMentoring program, where Angel & Seed investors help our participants to kick start their business.  

 

The investment for this program will be just Rs.3500/- _for the TRAINING + ACCOMMODATION + FOOD + TRAINING MATERIALS & all supplementary & follow up programs_, though per participant overhead works out to around Rs.15,271/-. The additional costs managed by the contributions from IDHAYAM - VVV Edible Oils Pvt Ltd, Rotary Club of Virudhunagar and Punch Gurukulam as a part of the CSR Activities.
